Welcome to Keep Jazz Alive Entertainment. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Booking and Payment
    All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or our website. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date. Full payment is due prior to the event unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods approved by Keep Jazz Alive Entertainment.
  2. Cancellations and Refunds
    Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, full payment may be required. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  3. Performance
    Keep Jazz Alive Entertainment provides professional live jazz performances as agreed upon in the contract. Performance times, duration, and musical selection will be coordinated with the client in advance. We strive to deliver exceptional entertainment but are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including technical difficulties, weather conditions, or venue restrictions.
  4. Venue Requirements
    Clients are responsible for providing a suitable space, necessary equipment, and appropriate conditions for the performance. This includes power access, stage or performance area, and compliance with local safety regulations.
  5. Liability
    Keep Jazz Alive Entertainment is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses incurred during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  6. Intellectual Property
    All performance materials, arrangements, and recordings remain the property of Keep Jazz Alive Entertainment unless otherwise agreed. Clients may not reproduce or distribute recordings without permission.
  7. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delaware courts.
